Application and Admission Process for Coventry Reserve

2. Coventry Tour
If the applicant’s needs seem to be within the range of our staff expertise, we will ask you to schedule a tour of Coventry. The tour is invaluable and will give you a first-hand look at the program in action and of the facilities utilized during our program day. You will also receive and have the opportunity to discuss Coventry’s policies outlined in the Parent Handbook.
If Coventry is the program that fits your needs, you can complete an application. Once your application is returned to Coventry, you will be contacted to let you know we received it and your name will be placed on the waiting list. Placement is based on availability. Once an opening is probable, we will contact you to set up the Evaluation Meeting.
Both the Parent/Guardian and the Applicant will be notified to meet with the appropriate Admission Committee member for further discussion and review of the information requested on the application in addition to other areas such as: Brain Dominance, Medical History, Specific Goals, Expected Behaviors, and Individual Program Possibilities. The initial evaluation fee is $250.00 and is non-refundable and due at the time of the Evaluation Meeting.
The Admission Committee conducts a thorough study of the information provided and determines placement availability and suitability of the applicant. You will receive a letter notifying you of their decision.
