Each day at Coventry we offer an opportunity for 30 minutes of light exercise. This physical movement encourages our participants to stay active and helps maintain their digestion and good health. Our adapted activities are selected for various physical abilities and include stretching, Tai Chi, Walking and Dancing.
We adjust activities based on the seasons, outside temperature and allergens. One of our favorite exercise activities is walking outdoors around our property. It stimulates great conversations, provides teaching opportunities about nature and God's creation, as well as offers physical exercise.
